The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Online Picker to join our team. As an Online Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the right products in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders from the warehouse for e-commerce platforms and website orders.
- Ensure all items are correctly labelled and prepared for shipping.
- Check product quality and report any discrepancies or damages.
- Maintain inventory records and report low stock levels.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet order deadlines.
- Order stocks with suppliers in absence of other warehouse staff
- Handles customer queries, complaint and return in absence of sales admin.
- Handle other duties as directed by warehouse manaer.
- Adhere to company health and safety guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is a plus but not essential – training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer skills to update order statuses when required.
