The Role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods for our growing e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will ensure productivity targets are met and maintain smooth warehouse operations while upholding quality and safety standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics.
  • Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize warehouse workflow and productivity.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing, packaging, and shipping.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and audits.
  • Coordinate with the procurement, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery operations.
  • Monitor warehouse expenses and optimize budget allocation.
  • Implement health, safety, and security protocols.
  • Manage warehouse technology systems like WMS (Warehouse Management System) and other inventory software.
  • Handle returns, damaged goods, and reverse logistics processes.
  • Track KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery times, and inventory turnover.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standard.
