Oven brite cleaner can be used in federally inspected meat and poultry factories to degrease or remove carbon from surfaces used in cooking or smoking food. To maintain hygiene and clean the brite cleaner, remove it from the oven and place it into one of the bags provided, be careful not to pierce the bag anywhere with any sharp points on the rack.

Pour about half of the cleaning solution into the bag while holding it upright, then squeeze out as much air as you can before sealing it. Before placing the oven cleaner flat, shake the bag to spread the solution across the rack properly.

Oven Brite must be left to work for at least four hours, but overnight is optimum. Pour the key into the oven cavity and use a towel to spread it about the soiled regions to use Oven Brite inside the oven.

After that, let the solution sit for four hours while keeping the oven door open and watching out for kids and dogs nearby.

Directions for use:

To clean racks and grills: Carefully place up to 2 racks in the bag provided, taking care not to puncture of tear the bag. Add approximately 2/3 of the oven cleaner and seal the bag, dispelling as much air as possible.

Fold the bag around the rack(s) and gently tilt the bag until the rack(s) are coated with the cleaning solution and leave for 2 hours. After 2 hours tilt the bag again, to re-coat the rack(s) and soak for a further 4 hours. For best results, leave overnight.

To remove the rack(s), open the bag and pull downwards at the sides. Do not reach inside. Remove the racks and rinse carefully with hot, soapy water.

Disposal: Partially fill the bag with water, seal and tilt so the solution collects in one bottom corner. Cut off the other corner of the bag then tilt back to allow the residue to be safely poured away down the sink.

To clean inside the oven: Pour some of the remaining solution into the Centre of the oven. Apply to the areas to be cleaned using a cloth/sponge. Leave to soak for at least 4 hours, for the best results leave overnight. Remove residue with a cloth/sponge and rinse with hot soapy water. A second application may be required depending on build up.
Disposal: Simply rinse the bottle with water and dispose in a safe way.
