Delivery Charges

The table below outlines our different delivery charges which will be calculated on the basis of what you are ordering, where you are asking us to deliver to and what day you wish us to make a delivery. You can be confident that you will only pay one delivery charge per order regardless of how many items you order.

Standard delivery to most of UK Mainland is FREE on orders over £25 from DIRECT MART, and is only Standard Delivery.

Typical delivery time windows: Monday-Friday: 08:00 - 19:00

For most orders, you will receive a tracking number along with carrier name and you will be able to track them throughout journey. As this delivery made by third party courier service therefore we do not have any control over the delivery time. Any queries related to delivery please send us an email on support@directmarts.co.uk and give us 48 hours for investigation.

Click & Collect

Direct Mart Limited offers a FREE Click and Collect service to Direct Mart store.

If you choose to have your order collected on same day please put through your order before 01:00 PM and collection will be available after 05:00 PM.

Standard Delivery

We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock within five (5) working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the date the order is placed.

Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to British Forces Post Offices (BFPO), Northern Ireland, Freight Forwarders, international addresses or The Channel Islands (GY, JE).

The following areas are subject to extended lead times:

  • Scottish Highlands & Scottish Isles: +7 days
  • Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly: +2 days
  • Isle of Wight: +5 days

Please note that during particularly busy periods, it may take a little longer to receive your delivery and our carrier may attempt to deliver to you on a Saturday.

Working days are defined as Monday-Friday 8am-7pm inclusive, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

Next Day Delivery

Our Next Day service to most of UK Mainland will be available for orders placed on the website from Monday to Friday before 1.00pm for a small additional charge (delivery on working days only). Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be delivered Tuesday.

Working days are Monday-Friday 8am-7pm inclusive, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

Direct Mart aims to provide the best quality-control during packaging and transportation. However, if you encounter any issues after receiving your items, we are always here to help you

14 Day Returns

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, most items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund if they are still in new, unused, In original packaging and With its proof of purchase. Also you’ll also need to return any free items that came with the product. Return is only acceptable once Direct Mart will approve your return request. In some cases we might required delivered product picture to approve your Return request.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item due to sizing or other issues, you can get a free exchange within 14 days by contacting us. Again exchange is only possible if product is new, unused, In original packaging and With its proof of purchase. For exchange as well you’ll need to return any free items that came with the product.

Non Eligible Items

Return and Exchange is not eligible if product has being used or original packaging is teared or opened. If Direct Mart decline your return request then in any cases return will be not accepted. Prior to return product your will required return authorisation from Direct Mart Limited.

Return Charges

Buyer has to pay Return changes and all return should sent by tracked service so we can track them throughout the journey. Direct Mart Limited is liable return charges only in case your product is defective, damaged or not as advertised.

Refund Amount

Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid on card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account, with PayPal refunds taking up to 30 days. Refund will be proceed only after we received the return product.

The Survival Kit contains three of the best selling Stain Devils; Fruit & Drink, Fats & Sauces and Pen & Ink.

Other Information

DO NOT USE ON LEATHER, SUEDE, ACETATE/RAYON, CARPETS OR UPHOLSTERY.

Before use test for colourfastness: Apply a small amount of solution on an inconspicuous area and leave until dry.

If there is no change in colour, continue following the instructions.

Always rinse test area with warm water and follow garment’s wash care label.

DR. BECKMANN STAIN DEVILS COOKING OIL & FAT
WARNING: Causes serious eye irritation. Keep out of reach of children.IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists:
Get medical advice/attention.
Contains amongst other ingredients: 5-15 % Non-ionic surfactants and Anionic Surfactants. Enzymes, Benzisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone.

DR. BECKMANN STAIN DEVILS TEA, RED WINE, FRUIT & JUICE
WARNING: Causes serious eye irritation. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of  children. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.

Preparation and Usage

Cooking Oil & Fat/Ballpoint Ink & Feltip

Place clean white cloth under the garment beneaththe stain and thoroughly moisten stain with the solution.
Leave solution to work for 3 minutes (10 minutes for large or stubborn stains)
Using a clean damp cloth dab treated area continuously until all traces of the stain and solution have been removed.

Tea, Red Wine, Fruit & Juice

Thoroughly moisten stain with water.
Sprinkle powder onto stained area and work into the stain (wear rubber gloves if necessary).
After 3 minutes brush off powder using a clean damp cloth, and dab until clean. (If necessary , repeat process leaving powder on for 30 minutes).
