14 Day Returns

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, most items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund if they are still in new, unused, In original packaging and With its proof of purchase. Also you’ll also need to return any free items that came with the product. Return is only acceptable once Direct Mart will approve your return request. In some cases we might required delivered product picture to approve your Return request.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item due to sizing or other issues, you can get a free exchange within 14 days by contacting us. Again exchange is only possible if product is new, unused, In original packaging and With its proof of purchase. For exchange as well you’ll need to return any free items that came with the product.

Non Eligible Items

Return and Exchange is not eligible if product has being used or original packaging is teared or opened. If Direct Mart decline your return request then in any cases return will be not accepted. Prior to return product your will required return authorisation from Direct Mart Limited.

Return Charges

Buyer has to pay Return changes and all return should sent by tracked service so we can track them throughout the journey. Direct Mart Limited is liable return charges only in case your product is defective, damaged or not as advertised.

Refund Amount

Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid on card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account, with PayPal refunds taking up to 30 days. Refund will be proceed only after we received the return product.
