Delivery Charges

The table below outlines our different delivery charges which will be calculated on the basis of what you are ordering, where you are asking us to deliver to and what day you wish us to make a delivery. You can be confident that you will only pay one delivery charge per order regardless of how many items you order.

Standard delivery to most of UK Mainland is FREE on orders over £25 from DIRECT MART, and is only Standard Delivery.

Typical delivery time windows: Monday-Friday: 08:00 - 19:00

For most orders, you will receive a tracking number along with carrier name and you will be able to track them throughout journey. As this delivery made by third party courier service therefore we do not have any control over the delivery time. Any queries related to delivery please send us an email on support@directmarts.co.uk and give us 48 hours for investigation.

Click & Collect

Direct Mart Limited offers a FREE Click and Collect service to Direct Mart store.

If you choose to have your order collected on same day please put through your order before 01:00 PM and collection will be available after 05:00 PM.

Standard Delivery

We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock within five (5) working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the date the order is placed.

Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to British Forces Post Offices (BFPO), Northern Ireland, Freight Forwarders, international addresses or The Channel Islands (GY, JE).

The following areas are subject to extended lead times:

  • Scottish Highlands & Scottish Isles: +7 days
  • Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly: +2 days
  • Isle of Wight: +5 days

Please note that during particularly busy periods, it may take a little longer to receive your delivery and our carrier may attempt to deliver to you on a Saturday.

Working days are defined as Monday-Friday 8am-7pm inclusive, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

Next Day Delivery

Our Next Day service to most of UK Mainland will be available for orders placed on the website from Monday to Friday before 1.00pm for a small additional charge (delivery on working days only). Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be delivered Tuesday.

Working days are Monday-Friday 8am-7pm inclusive, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

14 Day Returns

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, most items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund if they are still in new, unused, In original packaging and With its proof of purchase. Also you’ll also need to return any free items that came with the product. Return is only acceptable once Direct Mart will approve your return request. In some cases we might required delivered product picture to approve your Return request.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item due to sizing or other issues, you can get a free exchange within 14 days by contacting us. Again exchange is only possible if product is new, unused, In original packaging and With its proof of purchase. For exchange as well you’ll need to return any free items that came with the product.

Non Eligible Items

Return and Exchange is not eligible if product has being used or original packaging is teared or opened. If Direct Mart decline your return request then in any cases return will be not accepted. Prior to return product your will required return authorisation from Direct Mart Limited.

Return Charges

Buyer has to pay Return changes and all return should sent by tracked service so we can track them throughout the journey. Direct Mart Limited is liable return charges only in case your product is defective, damaged or not as advertised.

Refund Amount

Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid on card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account, with PayPal refunds taking up to 30 days. Refund will be proceed only after we received the return product.

Dr. Beckmann Service-it Power Descaler cuts through limescale build up fast with its incredibly strong formula. While also preventing future build-up and malfunctions in your washing machine or dishwasher.

Recommended usage; every one to three months depending on the hardness of water and frequency of machine use.

Important Information

Always refer to the appliance manufacturer’s instructions. Ensure that you wash hands after cleaning the machine. Keep out of reach of children.

Other Information 

WARNING! Causes serious eye irritation. Keep out of reach of children. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention.

Preparation and Usage

Dr. Beckmann Service-it Power Descaler is suitable for use with washing machines and dishwashers.

For Washing Machine

Pour the contents of both sachets directly into the drum, set washing machine programme to a 40ºC cycle without pre-wash and start the machine immediately.

For Dishwasher

Empty the contents of one sachet directly onto the floor of the empty machine (avoiding the drain) and the contents of the second sachet into the dosing compartment to the maximum level (pouring any remaining powder onto the machine floor).
Set to a normal wash cycle without pre-wash and start the machine immediately.
